Draw a part, check it, and send the cutter a clean DXF — from the workshop tablet or your phone, with nothing to install.
START DRAWING — FREECut-ready geometry
Draw outlines at 1:1 in millimetres. Close gaps with extend, round corners with fillet, add holes as circles, and make one outline with join.
Clean files
Remove overlaps and leftovers with trim. Follow the DXF for laser cutting checklist.
Export
DXF export saves R12 in millimetres, readable by LightBurn, VCarve, Fusion, and most cutter software.
Repeat parts
Copy parts to fill a sheet, and mirror for left and right hands.
